Envelope Program

Does anyone know of a program for Windows XP that will handle a collection of addresses and can print envelopes and labels? I currently am using stamps.com to print envelopes, and it’s awesome for that, but I grow tired of the monthly fee for that software.

I’d like to move to something else, but I’ve been unable to find a good program that will store all the addresses I want, and then print on envelopes with the barcodes that appear with addresses.

Optimally, I want it to be free, but if it’s good, I’ll pay a small amount. I also love the feature in stamps.com where it verifies the address with the post office. I know Dymo’s label maker verifies against the Post office’s database, but it only prints to a Dymo label printer. ;(

Any recommendations would be helpful. My comment system is broken at the moment, so please send me an email to dopefish@gmail.com. Thanks.

I ended up finding one I liked. It’s called “Star Envelope Printer Pro”. It cost $15, but since it did what I wanted exactly, I was more than happy to pay the cost of the program.
