In every single viewing I've had of this story, my reaction has been WTF. I never seem to understand the story, and I'm hoping that this viewing will be different, but it probably won't be any pic.twitter.com/Uw16RyPjxs

different. This was also the last story produced in the classic era of Doctor Who, although not the last aired. It does look great though - it's the BBC's strong point - period pieces. pic.twitter.com/gvxJLTeaEz

For this viewing, I'm watching an "Extended Work Print" from the s26 Bluray. Each ep is about 5 mins longer w/some rough footage spliced in. Perhaps it's that, but it's making sense. pic.twitter.com/6R9BNAAUU4

It's got a mysterious feel I never saw before. The Doctor's manipulative streak is in full force here, making Ace face her childhood fears. One of Sylvester's favs. Fairly complicated. pic.twitter.com/w43iijZyeC

After watching ep1, I went to see if there was anything written about Ghost Light, and found the following article by @Lovarzi which I found quite helpful.https://t.co/pL8466YW9g

After ep2, I actually found myself into it and wanted to see ep3 right away! In fact I'm shocked that I found myself liking this when I NEVER did before. This story demands you pay pic.twitter.com/AUpHVCtey9

attention to it, or you'll be immediately lost. In fact, it's nearly impossible to describe in two tweets. Probably could have done with a 4th ep. Light was dispatched a bit too easy. pic.twitter.com/IP8dqMwuif
