  • The actor who plays the simulant in this episode is Don Henderson. He also played Gavrok in the 1987 Doctor Who serial, “Delta & The Bannermen“.

#RedDwarfMarathon Ep 42 - Beyond a Joke - 21 Feb 1997 2/2 the characters from a Jayne Austin novel is hilarious. In trying to fix Kryten, they find his brother droid, Able who is drug addicted. In the end, this was better than I remember, with a lot of Kryten background stuff.
