Gareth’s True Love

Notes

  • When this originally aired, there was no title card, I didn’t find out the actual episode title (properly) until I got the DVD many years later.
  • This is the first episode directed by Demi Humphreys, who will direct all six episodes of Series 3.
  • This is the first episode for the characters Savannah Concord, Renee Bryson, & Cyril Bryson.
  • This is the first episode for Jeff Nuttall as Gustave LaRoche, who will play the character in all six episodes of Series 3.

S3 starts with another soft reboot. Kitchen staff is all swapped out, & we set up the plot that runs through the series that Janice wants to leave Gareth. The restaurant has been sold to new owner Cyril, who has the hots pic.twitter.com/Kf5vZhWtvB

When this episode first went out, there was no title card, so I thought it was called “The Relate Guide to Staying Together”.
