- The temple set was later used on Deep Space Nine’s “Blood Oath” as the Albino’s fortress.
- The comet special effect was done by a SFX company named “Santa Barbara Studios”. They’re the same people that did the Deep Space Nine titles, and its comet.
- One of the masks here would make a reappearance as such in the Star Trek Lower Decks episode “Room for Growth“.
