Notes
- The baseball prop that appears in Sisko’s office for the remainder of the series comes from this episode – a moment from the alien who impersonated Buck Bokai (a fictional baseball player in the DS9 universe).
- The end of the episode implies this episode’s aliens might return in a year’s time, but this was never followed up on.
- Admin note: While this ep was dated 25 May, it was really done on 26 May as I got busy on the 25th and didn’t get to that day’s episode.

I as a baseball fan loved the baseball one with Sisko & Jake. Bashir's fantasies about Dax

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Deep Space Nine Ep 16 - If Wishes Were Horses - 17 May 1993 2/2 were funny. O'Brien w/Rumpelstiltskin (from a story he was telling to his kid) was odd. The threat to station was resolved in kind of a "meh" way. Overall I liked the fantasies. Some good Odo/Quark dialogue.
