This Story: Season 3 Episode 24 (production code 470)
DS9 Overall: Episode 70
Trek Overall: Story 332, Episode 350
Airdate: 22 May 1995
Writer: Gordon Dawson
Director: Jonathan West

Notes

  • A pseudo sequel to the “Life Support” episode as it deals with events about the death of Bareil. Three months have passed since the events of that episode.
  • John Kenton Shull plays a Bajoran security deputy here.  He’s been in a few other eps, too.  Was a Klingon in TNG’s “Firstborn“, a different Klingon in DS9’s “Return to Grace“, an even different Klingon in Voyager’s “Barge of the Dead” plus two other random characters in other VOY episodes.
  • Sherman Howard played a Vulcan named Syvar here.  He also was in the TNG episode “Suddenly Human” as a Talarian, and in the VOY episode “Prophecy” as a Klingon.
