Crossfire

This Story: Season 4 Episode 13 (production code 485)
DS9 Overall: Episode 85
Trek Overall: Story 345, Episode 366
Airdate: 29 Jan 1996
Writer: René Echevarria
Director: Les Landau

Notes

  • Duncan Regehr reprises his role of Shakaar from the episode “Shakaar“.  He will appear in one further episode.
  • The ship shown to be docking at DS9 that was said was Shakkar’s ship is actually re-used footage from the episode “Move Along Home“.  The ship was a Wadi ship in that episode.
  • The plant that Odo destroys was a gift from Kira in “The Abandoned“, and the bucket it was in was Odo’s old regeneration bucket.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Deep Space Nine Ep 85 - Crossfire - 29 Jan 1996 1/2 Let's get this out of the way - I never liked Odo/Kira as a pair. Not as bad as Worf/Troi, but It just never worked for me. This one is about Odo being jealous that Kira is into someone else (Shakaar). I didn't remember

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Deep Space Nine Ep 85 - Crossfire - 29 Jan 1996 2/2 this by title, but once I saw what it was, I wished I wasn't forcing myself to watch each one. Most of this was about attempts on Shakaar's life, and well, I just wanted it to be over. Didn't like this episode.
