Notes

  • Running fired torpedo count: 1
  • Seska appears again, for the second episode in a row.  We get the first indication that she’s not what we’ve seen to this point, although it’s not direct.
  • The Doctor does not appear in this episode.
  • The Delaney sisters are mentioned again in this episode.
  • The events of the Voyager pilot are briefly recalled in this episode.
  • The Sikarians were supposed to be a recurring villain (along with the Kazon & the Vidiians), but that idea was abandoned.
  • The Sikarians are referenced again in Season 1 of Star Trek Picard’s “The Impossible Box“, where it was said the Borg assimilated the Sikarians and gained access to their trajectory technology.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 10 - Prime Factors - 20 Mar 1995 2/2 does have a b plot about Tuvok going behind her back, which was a nice character twist. It does also speak to the group of Maquis here who want to take the shortcuts at all costs, so nice to see that conflict not ignored.
