• Running fired torpedo count: 66.  This contradicts the hard limit set in “The Cloud” of 38.
• One of the “Voyager Lower Decks” characters reappears here.  Tal Celes, who last appeared in “Good Shepherd“.
• The special effects to show the “ghost” on Deck Twelve are just reused footage of an explosion from the episode “Macrocosm“, painted a different color.
• The interior of the turbo lift shafts are shown, a rarity in Trek.
• We also see the pov from inside a replicator, a shot I can’t recall having seen before.
