Notes

• Running Decon Gel Scene Appearances: T’Pol (2), Trip (2), Hoshi (1), Malcolm (1). No scene this episode.
• This episode and the prior (Fallen Hero) aired on the same night on UPN.
• Dr. Phlox does not appear in the episode.  The first time that happened.
• Trellit’s chair is a re-use of a briefing room chair from USS Voyager.
• Trellis was played by Charles Dennis.  He was also Commander Sunad in the TNG episode “Transfigurations“.
• Zobral is played by Clancy Brown.  This is Brown’s only appearance in any variant of Star Trek, but he has been in an absolute buttload of things over the years.  One of which is my all time favorite movie, “The Shawshank Redemption“.
• The actual US Navy Aircraft Carrier USS Enterprise had honest to god crewmen appear in the episode as NX-01 Enterprise crew.  There is a picture of that below. Said photo is a “U.S. Navy photo by Mark O. Piggott”.
