Notes

  • A working title for this episode was “Enemy Advances”.
  • A Benzite can be seen in this episode; I believe their first appearance in the series.
  • The final reference to Crewman Cutler.  She appeared in the prior episode, but the actress (Kellie Waymire) died in real life about a month after this episode.  The show decided to just retire the character.
  • B’Rat was played by Dell Yount.  He was also Tilikia in the DS9 episode “Sons of Mogh“.
  • There are some references back to the character transformation in the prior episode.  Nice to see that wasn’t 100% forgotten about.

need. They end up taking a slave girl (Rajiin) away. Most of this ep is about finding out about her. She has a weird sexuality to her that is manifested here but not in an obscene way. Another that I forgot the plot for and just enjoyed the ride. Enjoyed the way the two plots tied together.

I'm also trying a new format - given BlueSky now will put 1/2, 2/2 on automatically (if you turn on beta features), I'm gonna save some space and put just the ep ID info on these just once (in first post) and let them put 1/2 automatically. Will gain me some extra writing space. Not a lot, but some.
