Notes

  • As originally scripted, the woman in this episode was supposed to be involved with Bashir, not Sisko.
  • The terraforming technology in this episode is written to be based off the Genesis device from Wrath of Khan.
  • The first appearance of the USS Prometheus in Star Trek.
  • The dress worn by Fenna was also worn in two other places.  By Antonia in Star Trek Generations and Leosa in Voyager’s “Inside Man“.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Deep Space Nine Ep 29 - Second Sight - 22 Nov 1993 2/2 about a scientist who was trying to "Genesis" a planet. Neither plot was compelling, IMO. The ep wasn't awful, but it wasn't terribly compelling either. The way the two plots came together surprised me. Was "meh".
