  • The last episode that aired before the death of Gene Roddenberry.
  • The daughter of Miles & Keiko O’Brien (Molly) is born in this episode, although the name is not established here.
  • The final time that the saucer separation was mentioned during the series. It wasn’t brought up again until the “Star Trek: Generations” movie.
  • The events of this episode are referenced in the episode “Thine Own Self” when Troi discusses an interest in being a bridge officer.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek TNG Ep 105 - Disaster - 21 Oct 1991 2/2 bridge, watching her battle Ro over command choices was fun. LaForge & Crusher have to save themselves from being spaced. Worf delivering O'Brien's baby & Data as only a "head" was fun stuff. Kind of wished it was a two parter.
