Notes

• Jennifer Hennessy plays Bill’s adopted mother Moira.  She was previously in Doctor Who in Gridlock, playing Valerie, the woman who married the cat guy in the cars.
• While officially not a multi part story, Extremis is a sort of prequel to the following two episodes (The Pyramid at the End of the World & The Lie of the Land), which themselves feel like a two parter, but are not officially a two parter.
