- This is not to be confused with the Deep Space Nine pilot episode titled “Emissary“.
- Wesley does not appear in this episode.
- Susie Plakson returns to the series as K’Ehlyr, Worf’s mate and the eventual mother of his son Alexander. Alexander is conceived in this episode (not that we see THAT).
- Lance LeGault appears here as a Klingon. He was well known for appearances on the A-Team at the time.
- The Klingon ship footage is reused from “Star Trek: The Motion Picture“.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek TNG Ep 46 - The Emissary - 26 Jun 1989 2/2 son. She's played by Suzie Plakson. Gets along mostly combatively with Worf - fun character, great episode. Always wished we got more with K'Ehlyr than this and the one other ep she was in. Wish there was a two parter here.
