The Cybermen return for the first time, and in what becomes a habit, they're redesigned each time they show up to varying degrees. Jamie spends nearly all of this ep unconscious. pic.twitter.com/adY2weEQ39

Most of this ep is our crew interacting with the Moonbase people, as a Cyberman doesn't appear (in full) until the cliffhanger. I wonder if the Cybermen appearance was known in 1967. pic.twitter.com/WfkMRGYGwV

One of the Second Doctor's best lines comes from here, the one about "things that act against everything we believe in. These must be fought" - A classic line for sure. pic.twitter.com/LDFBmgwHhz

The Doctor works to figure out the disease on the station & the humans try to fix their weather control gear. Cybermen (who don't talk this ep) capture humans, but we don't know why. pic.twitter.com/naHBVZdWFH

The Cybermen finally talk, and while it's similar to Tenth Planet, it's not quite the same. I miss the true original voice. They reveal the humans are being "converted" (to Cybermen) pic.twitter.com/Y3GMvtkjEX

The Cybermen want to take control of the Gravitron & destroy all life on Earth for an invasion.
We're still in the 60's as we get this.. "Not you Polly, this is men's work". pic.twitter.com/CI05tLKUCf

The Cybermen surround the base, and try to take over everything. They first reactivate their zombies inside the base & take control. The Cybermen redirect a relief ship into the sun. pic.twitter.com/UCHQw3cXL9

More Cybermen arrive & attack the base again. In the end the Doctor has the idea to point the graviton to the ground and "space" the Cybermen. One of the more enjoyable 60's stories. pic.twitter.com/tRPw3z4QhF

One of the more enjoyable 60's stories, even if the ending is a bit of a cheat - I mean, what’s to stop the Cybermen from just landing again? Just being in space won’t kill them. ? pic.twitter.com/vR8KspsBLc
