- Due to licensing rights, no clips of this second pilot have ever appeared anywhere in any documentaries about the USA pilots.
- There was a 25 minute extra on the Season 5 DVD set about the USA specials, I’ve embedded the full video below.

#RedDwarfMarathon Extra - USA Pilot #2 - ? 1992 1/2 version, plus there were no new scenes filmed with Kryten due to scheduling. This attempt didn't work either. Probably for the best, as if it did work, we wouldn't have gotten more of the UK original. Has more of a UK angle.
