White Hole

This Story: Season 4, Episode 4
Overall: Story 22, Episode 22
Airdate: 7 Mar 1991
Written by Rob Grant & Doug Naylor
Directed by Ed Bye

Unfortunately, now that they scroll the titles of the episodes, you can’t capture them in one go if they’re too long.

Notes

  • David Ross returns as Talkie Toaster (who gets a visual upgrade from his last appearance).  Ross is also the original Kryten actor from the titular “Kryten” episode from Series 2.
  • A repeating joke starts here where Cat makes a suggestion, and Kryten points out two reasons why it’s not good. IT gets used a few more times in Series 5.

#RedDwarfMarathon Ep 22 - White Hole - 7 Mar 1991 2/2 just Holly, we get Talkie Toaster back! The scene with Holly talking to the Toaster is awesome. The "What is it" scene is funny, the list of bread products is funny - the whole thing is funny! "Ah, so you're a waffle man!!"
