Best Buy is strange

I’ve personally never believed in the axiom “The Customer is always right” (it’s almost always the other way around). However, Best Buy is taking it to new levels.
Check out this article which talks about how Best Buy is trying to cut out 20% of their customer base, since BB considers them “bad for business”. In reading the article, they have a point, however, they’re only doing what Best Buy allows them to – they’re not breaking the law (at least not that I can tell).
