  • There is a reference to an Epsilon IX space station in this episode.  That is the same name of the station destroyed by V’Ger in “Star Trek: The Motion Picture“. This implies the station was rebuilt.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek TNG Ep 139 - Aquiel - 1 Feb 1993 1/2 Uh-oh - it's another "Geordi falls for a woman" episode which will mean it doesn't end well for him. But at least they keep trying. The romance stuff was pretty blah, due to lack of chemistry with Burton and the female guest. Overall,

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek TNG Ep 139 - Aquiel - 1 Feb 1993 2/2 the murder mystery part was fine. There was a cool Klingon subplot too. But overall, this was a fairly weak ep, and the Klingon stuff was left hanging a bit. Ending had a bit of a "It was Maggie that shot Mr. Burns - really?" feel.
