The Neelix & Tuvok stuff reminded me of the DS9 ep "The Ascent", where the real joy is the character exploration of those two. The character examination is quite good, and my favorite part.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 61 - Rise - 26 Feb 1997 2/2 The main plot didn't hold a lot of threat, as Tuvok & Neelix were basically bulletproof. It wasn't as bad as I remembered, and has some shades of Galileo 7 as well. Some of the SFX were wonky. Liked where Neelix & Tuvok ended up.
