Airdate: 7 Mar 2001
Story by André Bormanis

Notes

  • Running fired torpedo count: 77 (three this episode). This contradicts the hard limit set in “The Cloud” of 38.
  • Seven’s piano piece is “Nocturne in E minor, Op. posth. 72” by Chopin.  You can hear it at that link.
  • The last time we see Seven with a full set of Borg implants.
  • One of two times Seven is seen sleeping outside her Borg alcove.  The other is “Natural Law“.
  • The events of “Lineage” are recalled here (with Seven’s attempts at cooking).
  • This episode contradicts prior episodes that state that Chakotay is a vegetarian, although the Chakotay here was a hologram so it could be related to that.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Episode 164 - Human Error - 7 Mar 2001 1/2 Every show of this era had a bad "hookup". TNG had Worf/Troi, DS9 had Kira/Odo, ENT had Trip/T'Pol. Here we get the VOY version - Seven/Chaoktay. It's a hologram of him, but still. It's mostly about Seven and advancing

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Episode 164 - Human Error - 7 Mar 2001 2/2 her "social skills". Like most of these, it's Seven being awkward, the Doctor being stuck up, basically it's more of that. It's not bad, there's some funny lines here, but the pairing just seems WRONG - turned me off.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Episode 164 - Human Error - 7 Mar 2001 3/2 I just noticed that after this episode of Voyager, I have just seven episodes left in the series. I knew I was in the final season, but didn't realize it was that close.

My prior physical copies of Star Trek: Voyager looked this way.
