Notes
- In the plot of the ep, Morn is said to have been killed. During the memorial service, a Bajoran mourner is invited to sit in Morn’s usual spot. That was Mark Allen Shepherd out of the Morn outfit. He’s also uncredited for that too. :)
- Morn regurgitating latinum was a special effect that took several days of recording to get.
- The painting that Quark gets hit over the head with is the same one from the “In the Cards” episode.
- The clothes worn by the attendant at the memorial service were previously used on the Voyager episode “Ex Post Facto” by a “Minister Gray”.

By its name you'd think it'd about Morn, but it's really about Quark. Morn is said to have died, and he left his holdings to Quark, so the ep is about how Quark deals with that. It's an good ep, but it does

#StarTrekMarathon Deep Space Nine Ep 136 - Who Mourns for Morn? - 31 Jan 1998 2/2 feel a bit out of place in the middle of the Dominion War. The actor who plays him does appear in a memorial service as a Bajoran who sits in Morn's spot. Characters talking about (offscreen) Morn are hilarious.
