- While this episode is strongly tied to the next one (“Prey“), the two are not considered a two parter. Likewise there are strong ties to the prior episode as well, but they’re not considered officially connected in that way.
- Working title for this episode was “Communications”.

- Janeway’s (now former) fiancé’s surname is said to be Johnson.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 83 - Hunters - 11 Feb 1998 2/2 kidnap Tuvok & Seven. In the rescue of them it destroys the network's ability to get messages, so the ship moves on. Good mix of action and emotion in this one. The Hirogen are the kind of alien race the Kazon should have been.
