- A working title for this episode was “Manipulations” (which honestly I thought would have worked better).
- In real life, Martha Hackett was pregnant, so it tied together nicely with the idea of making Seska pregnant, although it was not based on her real life situation.
- The Kazon bridge uses a doorway from the set from “Time and Again“.
- We are introduced to other Kazon sects in this episode: Kazon-Relora, Kazon-Mostral, Kazon-Hobii, and Kazon-Oglamar.
