Notes

• There was a prequel to this episode which showed the Doctor attempting to get a hold of Amy on the telephone.  It sets up the ship exploding in the beginning part of the episode.
• There’s a reference to Eccleston’s “The End of the World” talking about Jabe from the “Forest of Cheem”, whom 11 says “fancied him”.
• There’s a reference to “The Caves of Androzani” by some of the characters saying they’re from “Androzani Major”.
• The lead female guest start was Claire Skinner, an actress I know well from Series 1 of the Lenny Henry sitcom, “Chef!“.
