Notes

  • The sounds made for the Fisher King as well as the 12th Doctor hologram ghost were done by Corey Taylor of the rock band Slipknot.
  • In the opening scene the Doctor plays notes on an electric guitar which leads into a rock arrangement of the Doctor Who theme song.  That video is embedded here.
  • The amp that the Doctor plus his guitar into is from “Magpie Electricals” – yet another reference back to “The Idiot’s Lantern“.
