Notes

• There were three prequels for this story.  The first was “The Great Detective“, the second was “Vastra Investigates“, and the third was “The Battle Of Demons Run — Two Days Later“.
• The Doctor’s face appears in the opening titles for the first time since Survival Episode 3 on 6 Dec 1989, albeit in a far less “in your face” (no pun intended) version.
• Marks the first time an actor in Doctor Who has died on screen more than once, but with different characters in different stories.
• I believe officially this is not considered part of “Series 7”, but a special wedged in between the two halves of Series 7.  However, I’m counting in the run, as it was produced in-between episodes made for the second half of the series.  Not 100% sure on that, though.  But it doesn’t affect the Episode or story count as it would get one either way.
