- It is established that there are 73 male crew members at this point (and thereby 69 female, including the baby born a few episodes back).
- This episode was under active production when I got married. I’m still married to that woman nearly 30 years later. :)
- This episode was directed by Andrew Robinson (DS9’s Garak). He directed one DS9 episode, and two Voyagers. The other Voyager is “Unforgettable“.
- The first appearance of the Borg on Voyager, but the Borg shown here was a dead skeleton.
- The first kiss between Tom & B’Elanna happens here.

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek Voyager Ep 58 - Blood Fever - 5 Feb 1997 2/2 in this - their talking about Vulcans really reminded me of Spock. From this story comes the strongest yet evidence of B'Elanna & Tom ending up together. We also see our first Borg in VOY (a dead one). Good mix of A&B stories.
