An oddity in classic Who - a two parter. Roughly the same length as a modern Who single episode. Given this is just 2 eps, they spend a lot of time in the first ep just on pic.twitter.com/lpn28zpzBV

setup. We don't see a Sontaran until the cliffhanger, the rest of the time is spent with an expedition of which we don't know their purpose. Timing odd w/just 2 episodes. pic.twitter.com/OYymd08zKX

We find out that the Sontaran has been testing the expedition people. Has something to do with the Earth being uninhabited, although WHY they're testing them we don't really pic.twitter.com/POQ7gU74tT

know. The Doctor ends up taking out Styre in combat, & an invasion is stopped. The timing of this was weird as all the "story" was in this ep, could have used more time. pic.twitter.com/97QB0Sr9IG

This actor is Glyn Jones. He played Krans. He is the only actor in Classic Who to have also written for the show. He wrote “The Space Museum” for the first Doctor in 1965.
