  • There is a remastered version of this episode, but I will be using the original version.
  • Holly’s “Additional”: In the 3 mil years we’ve been away, it’s my fond hope that mankind has abolished war, cured all disease, and got rid of those little western saloon doors you get in trendy clothes shops.

#RedDwarfMarathon Ep 3 - Balance of Power - 29 Feb 1988 1/2 Lister has a bunch of sadness about his situation, and wants to bring back a girl he liked as a hologram, but Rimmer won't go along with it. Lister takes an exam to be a chef, which would outrank Rimmer & let him do whatever he wants.

#RedDwarfMarathon Ep 3 - Balance of Power - 29 Feb 1988 2/2 This episode has some of my most quoted dialogue in real life. "Not You!" Mozart, Mendelssohn, or Motörhead "Rimmer, Rimmer, to rhyme with scum" "Yeeeeeee - NO!" "I've been fished to death!" "I'm having a woman's period"
