#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek TNG Ep 40 - The Icarus Factor - 24 Apr 1989 1/2 "The one with Riker's father". Beyond that, I remember zero of the stuff with Riker or his dad. I do remember the Klingon ceremony that takes place as the B plot more. There's also a big part of the Riker backstory of him

#StarTrekMarathon #StarTrek TNG Ep 40 - The Icarus Factor - 24 Apr 1989 2/2 turning down a captaincy. Ended up being better than I remembered, as it has a lot to do with family and life choices. It's presented in a way that works for me, we get some character development across the board, too.
